And on the 270th day....

They sold. Well, at least one of them :)

I am pleased to report that we found a lovely couple who fell in love with our Birmingham house. After a tumultuous 30-days of "yes we are closing" to "I don't think we're closing", we inked the agreement at 4:30pm on April 15th.

This also happened to be the night of our big fundraising event with Gilda's Club. I literally signed my docs at 4:42pm and was at the event by 5:03pm. It was a crazy day but we sold a house and raised over $1500 for Gilda's on one the best fundraising nights they have ever had. It was such an honor to be part of that event. Jess and I were on cloud nine.

So now we are off to Florida to see my good friend Scott get married and then spend a few days chillin' in the warm Florida sun. I can't wait. Love to you all and stay tuned as we turn our focus on selling H-WOODS!!!
